At Living Waters Collective, we are committed to honoring God in everything we do — including how we serve you after your purchase. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we want every experience with our shop to reflect integrity, grace, and care.

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Physical Products Because all apparel and physical items are printed and made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at natalie_ms@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Digital Products Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages Living Waters Collective is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier first. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at natalie_ms@yahoo.com — if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to correct it.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.
