Living Waters Collective — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Living Waters Collective! We are so grateful for your support and want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time All apparel and physical products are printed and made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We proudly ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (hopefully faster!)
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media so you never miss a deal! 🎉

International Shipping At this time Living Waters Collective ships primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items. If available, international orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

Digital Products All digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon confirmed payment — no shipping required! Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your download confirmation within a few minutes. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, contact us at natalie_ms@yahoo.com and we will resolve it right away.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays While we always strive to deliver on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays. Living Waters Collective is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off to the shipping provider. If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages Living Waters Collective is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us at natalie_ms@yahoo.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at natalie_ms@yahoo.com — if your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to update it.
